Hailing from Green Castle, Eleuthera, Nikki Rolle is a proud Deep Creek Middle School alumna and longtime member of the Cape Eleuthera Island School community. She has been involved with the school in various capacities over the years, including serving as Executive Assistant and Board Secretary. Nikki brings more than 15 years of experience in administration, operations, governance, and organizational systems to our organization. She is passionate about creating structure, strengthening systems, and helping organizations operate with greater clarity and efficiency. Nikki is also a proud wife and mother of four and is excited to be back home at The Island School, supporting our continued growth and evolution. In her free time, she likes to study religion, watch NASA launches, stargaze, and read or listen to audiobooks.
